Service Description

We will go through your fitness goals, current and past workout routines, injuries and more. Please change in to workout clothes since we will also do aquick physical assessment.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your session up to 24h before the class begins. If you cancel your class within 24h you will be charged full price.
