ANIMA Fitness offers a variety of fitness classes for all levels. Our classes combine various formats to give you an effective full-body workout. You will undoubtedly boost your metabolism, build muscle, and shed fat! Our classes and exercises are constantly changing. No equipment necessary and our instructors are trained to give modifications and all levels are represented in each class. Don’t let the names of any workout scare you. You will leave our classes ready to take on the world!
We also offer online and in-person personal training sessions. We are NASM Certified Master Trainers with years of experience; our trainers hold the highest qualifications in the industry. We continuously educate ourselves to ensure we are up to date with the latest trends in the fitness world. We work with a variety of clients from younger to older generations and we tailor each workout to our client's goals and needs. No one has the same body, so no one should have the same workout plan! Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, functional training, strength and conditioning, mobility and flexibility, injury prevention or pain management, we are here to help! Currently we are providing in person sessions in Washington, D.C. and New York City area.
Due to the ongoing pandemic we also offer personal training sessions online. We understand that the majority of people do not have access to a gym or do not have a lot of equipment at home. But no problem! We customize the workouts based on your circumstances and provide one on one sessions from the convenience of your home.
